What You Will Do

You will manage the Process team
-
You will define the industrial guidelines (process, equipment, plant layout, etc)

You will manage and assure the coherence of the industrialization programs within the site perimeter

You will manage the industrial investments program for its perimeter

You will be responsible for industrial technologies

You will coordinate the interfaces between sites, Product Group / Product Line / Regional Operations and the Process Expertise Center

You will manage the industrial teams (plant, production and industrialization)

You will coordinate and push standardization program project for product and process

You will manage and validate industrialization projects, with experts support

You will define programs and budget targets

You will master site industrial performance and deliveries, direct labor, quality and asset utilization
What You Should Have
-
You have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, but experience in lieu of education will be considered

You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing an engineering group in the automotive or other industrial setting
-
You have, preferably, been a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer in the automotive industry
