Valeo’s VIE Program?

Your challenges?

You manage the Quality in project & module for all the project components
-
You respect strictly the Supplier Quality Manual and validate deliverables
-
You participate to Supplier Design Review for internal components (including Measurements Protocol..) and ensure that it validated before Tool Go
-
You perform process audit & Raise to Project Team all technical issues encountered of the internal components requiring a modification of the drawing, specification
-
You validate file for internal components
-
After design freeze,you ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes
-
You update the Quality documents for internal components following a product / process
-
You React when a risk is identified, Escalate roadblocks to Project Team, Project Quality Leader, Site Quality Manager

You do qualification audit and measurement of new machine, new production line, new areas and new products

You create and improve internal ESD Control program (training materials, scheduling training, defining, training and validating trainers)
