Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Night Shop Foreman to lead our evening service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and leadership, with a focus on maintaining high service standards and ensuring efficient operations during the second shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the evening shop team, ensuring workflow efficiency and quality service.
  • Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Audi vehicles, ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians.
  • Coordinate with the Service Advisor team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and shop operations.
  • Support training initiatives for new and existing technicians, including high-voltage and electric vehicle systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair (dealership experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of European vehicles (Audi/VW experience highly preferred).
  • High-voltage system expertise is a significant plus.
  • Proven leadership or management experience in an automotive service environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • ASE certifications or equivalent training preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
