Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Initiates own assignments and benchmarks industry practices.
  • Communicates supply chain information throughout the enterprise by integrating and aligning processes, procedures and practices with multiple organizations and domestic/international customers/suppliers to ensure cost effective materials management.
  • Researches and incorporates new technologies.
  • Leads and facilitates teams to develop advanced technological ideas with multiple organizations and internal/external customers/suppliers.
  • Develops recommendations and/or implement solutions in support of program, organization and/or multiple business units.
  • Serves as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects and programs.
  • Advises management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
  • Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into final products to enhance the organization's technological capability.
  • Works under consultative direction.

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 10 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • More than 10 years of experience in supply chain or materials management
  • More than 10 years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
  • More than 10 years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
  • More than 10 of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory control functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • More than 10 years of experience with scheduling experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment
  • More than 10 years of SAP experience
  • Ideal candidate will be located within 50 mile radius of work location

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range:

Hazelwood, MO: $116,450 - $143,850
