The Customer Care and Support Cluster is a part of the Commercial Digital (CD) group, and ourmission is to provide our customers with a personalized, hassle-free, and cost-efficient customer care and support experience. We support the rest of the organization in using our tools to attendto the customers in the best possible way. We’re looking for someone to support us in crafting a high-quality ecosystem that spans multiple product teams. We have only just begun this journey in earnest, and you’ll be joining us at a time when you can really have a great impact and contribute to setting the tone for the next chapter in customer’s journey!
What you'll do
Join our innovative team to build and scale AI-driven solutions using ChatGPT. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an Agentic AI Bot, including creating a knowledge solution to ground its responses. You'll gain hands-on experience in leveraging ChatGPT's logical reasoning to autonomously choose the right APIs for responding to user input, while also learning how to scale the AI by utilizing a knowledge graph. This is a unique chance to expand your expertise and be at the forefront of AI innovation. You will be enhancing our customer experience with a focus on building backend services primarily using REST APIs and GraphQL. We use mainly Java/Kotlin with Kafka, Postgres, Elasticsearch to set up services. We also use Elasticsearch APM for our dashboards, Prometheus/Grafana. We deploy our applications in Kubernetes and Azure, using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, among others. You will collaborate closely with both backend, frontend engineers and AI engineers within a cross-functional product team. Your primary objective will be to enhance and optimize our first contact resolution within the customer care domain.
What you'll bring
We believe that you...
Are an experienced backend engineer who’s worked on several products in the past
Have knowledge of Java/Kotlin, and you feel comfortable working in a
Docker/Kubernetes/Cloud setup
Have solid understanding of Kafka, Postgres or similar
Have solid understanding of microservices, be able to create/improve softwarearchitecture
Are able to convert business requirement to technical design and concrete tasks
Know how to quantify problem, e.g. use SLO/SLI to drive improvement
Knowledge in hosting and monitoring of resilient microservices.
Be able to identifybottlenecks and optimize performance, scalability and so on
Have experience in authentication and authorization solution
To be effective in this role, you need to take charge as well as be a collaborator.
You should have the ability to drive and create commitment
