Position Overview

As a Senior Recruiting Marketing Manager, you will drive marketing campaigns and recruitment events that align with critical business objectives and spark engagement, brand awareness, and talent conversion at a local level for India and our greater APAC region. As part of the Global Employer Brand team, you will help architect, develop, and manage recruitment marketing and employment branding initiatives supporting professional and early career hiring goals

Responsibilitie

  • Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to shape the employment brand and recruiting marketing efforts for India and the extended APAC region.
  • Create and execute campaigns for local and global audiences, including the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and event strategy for diverse audiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with geo-based Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment marketing results and impact on hiring objectives
  • Prioritize and manage competing priorities, keeping the big picture strategy top of mind
  • Champion marketing and events to attract underrepresented talent
  • Actively support and measure analytics and optimizations behind regional talent brand campaigns, levelling up to global KPIs and goals
  • Programmatically streamline processes and incorporate best practices
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Employer Brand strategy and corporate identity standards are adhered to
  • Support regional talent attraction event efforts such as trade shows, hosted networking events, etc.

Minimum Qualification

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally specializing in talent acquisition and employer brand.
  • Ability to translate business objectives to marketing and branding campaigns, with a focus on results and measurable impact.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and candidate journey
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (CRM, email, app, affiliate, social media, referral) and other offline marketing channels including trade shows and events.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Compelling storyteller
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
