Primary Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated plans and schedules that save the day and meet program and project requirements, following industry standards.
  • Perform in-depth studies, analysis, and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints related to process improvement, and program initiatives.
  • Create and update schedules, reports, metrics, and change activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement standard methodologies that support project decision-makers.
  • Lead and oversee all phases of projects, ensuring key partner requirements and project objectives are met with precision.
  • Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities, using your organizational skills.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine the business case with your super analytical abilities.
  • Establish lead time requirements and facilitate the integration of project/program plans, schedules, change management, and baseline management, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project partners, ensuring their requirements and objectives are understood and met.
  • Coordinate commitments with internal and external collaborators to align with strategies.
  • Mentor and guide less-experienced project managers, sharing your wisdom and experience like a true mentor.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Proven experience as a Project Driver, with a knack for reporting project status.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with individuals at all levels, from executives to sidekicks.
  • Adaptability in tailoring information for different audiences, from individual contributors to management, with clarity.
  • Ability to transform ambiguous requests into strategic plans, understanding the difference between strategy and tactics like a true visionary.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Familiarity with the Boeing network and experience in engaging stakeholders like a charismatic leader
  • Proficiency in Project Management principles, armed with the knowledge to conquer any challenge.
  • Experience in change management, equipped with the power to navigate through transformations.
  • Desire to work on people-focused projects, such as hiring, onboarding, development, knowledge management, and learning management, with the passion to make a difference in BCA Engineering career experiences.
  • Experience in an engineering environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay Range Summary:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Senior Level: $132,600- $192,050
