OPPORTUNITY

Working as a Senior Project Analyst within the Supply Chain Operations Development team, you will be leading the Operations & Logistics teams through the digital transformation, delivering products and services that drive competitive advantage and efficiency by reducing costs, improving delivery performance, creating value and driving profitable growth for the teams. 

You will be leading the end-to-end implementation of data analytics and digital tools within JLR Logistics Operations, using data to deliver business improvements and create value. Including the project management of significant and complex change programmes across the Operations & Logistics Team working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will manage this technology-enabled change, drawing on your Supply Chain & Logistics domain knowledge and data & analytics expertise. A Customer First mindset is paramount, and you will always ensure that the products you deliver are tailored to the needs of your stakeholders.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Enhance and maintain current business processes.
  • Future State - Process Mapping alignment to IERP rollout of SAP/S4Hana. 
  • Requirements gathering across the Operations & Logistics Teams – analysing pain points within existing processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities and project scoping.
  • Define and maintain Data Analytics Strategy and Strategic Roadmap for Operations and Logistics.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions capturing core process elements
  • Work with IT and In Digital to deliver data analytics and digital tools

 

WHAT YOU´LL NEED 

  • Experience working as a business process analyst / process engineer in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector.
  • Understand automotive or other supply chains and material flow principles.
  • Experience in capturing and publishing business processes.
  • Experience In using Aris Connect or Visio
  • Able to conduct detailed business process mapping / analysis and identify improvement opportunities, supported by data.
  • Experience working in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector/ Operational experience. 
  • Working knowledge and experience of Logistics systems including SAP, MRP / ERP, warehouse management, data management and simulation, E2E connected supply chain.
