Position Overview

The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organisation is looking for an accomplished, and enthusiastic individual to join our APAC Consulting Services team as a Senior Project Manager.

As a Senior Consulting Project Manager, you will use your knowledge to help our customers put solutions into the real-world.

You will work directly with our largest and most strategic customers to maximise the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies and ensuring the success of transformational changes to their business. You will also track the value of the solutions we deliver and the scale at which they are adopted.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple consulting projects across a range of customers simultaneously

  • Effectively lead and manage internal and external resources to meet project objectives

  • Translate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the team

  • Manage team members to achieve project objectives

  • Define project resource plans, including internal and contract resources

  • Monitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilising standard PM processes

  • Perform project plan analysis and evaluating risk and developing risk mitigation plans

  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels and lead project review meetings

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an IT-related field

  • PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent

  • Experience leading a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects within cost/schedule constraints

  • An ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentations

  • Experience in consulting or service delivery to architect and design solutions based on business requirements
