Your Role :

As a SAP & Sales Operations Assistant you will support Central Commercial Competence Center (CCC) team in optimizing costs within the EDS plants based on EMEA region while ensuring a standardization of Sales operations processes.

  • Create special sales orders for multiple Customers in SAP per request and according to the defined process.
  • Update and follow up spot orders tracker.
  • Consolidate aftersales contractual data, maintain and update information regularly under the scope EDS Business Unit in EMEA Region
  • Analyze collection and analysis for Aftersales obligation.
  • Support Sales Account Manager/Sales Operations Lead in tracking Aftersales profitability, cost and price control to contribute for factory margin results.
  • Support Commercial Account activities in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Support the creation of new design quotation for aftersales (for obsolete materials), analyze price impact and bridge with Sales Operations Lead.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes and systems within a multidisciplinary environment to ensure greater process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
  • Support and harmonize activities between Central Commercial Competence Center (CCC) and Customer Service Centers (CSC) in regards Customer specificities.
  • Support follow up activities with different cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute for an effective Order to Cash (OTC) process.

Your Background :

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in business Management , industrial engineering , Logistics or have attended a bachelor's program (completion not required).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in business admin support or similar roles
  • Experience with companies/customers in terms of functional areas , organization.
  • Good knowledge in IT and comfortable user off the MS Office particularly MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • SAP and BI tools experience is desired.
  • Good communication skills and customer satisfaction focus.
  • Open for challenges and team player.
