Position Objective:

Porsche Cars Canada is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Program & New Vehicle Allocation Manager. If you're ready to make an impact and steer our sales strategies to new heights, this opportunity is for you!
What You'll Do:
Sales Program Management:
- Innovative Strategy Development: Craft and implement sales program strategies from concept to launch, working closely with Porsche Financial Services Canada (PFSC).
- Market Insight & Analysis: Dive deep into market conditions and competitive landscapes, providing insightful reports on trends and sales program needs by model line.
- Budget Leadership: Plan, forecast, and manage the annual budget, ensuring approvals from the CEO and CFO.
- Collaborative Forecasting: Align long-range planning and monthly forecasts with Finance and our Head Office in Germany (PAG).
- Platform Optimization: Oversee the online sales program platform, ensuring timely and accurate payouts to Porsche Centres while enhancing the user experience for dealers.
- Marketing Synergy: Partner with the Marketing team to ensure the vehicle configurator and retail advertising are accurate and functional.
New Vehicle Allocation:
- Strategic Planning: Plan, review, maintain, and execute all new vehicle allocation programs throughout the year.
- Supply & Demand Management: Ensure supply and demand objectives are met by evaluating and reviewing sales data, order bank, and inventory.
Anforderungen
What You'll Bring:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years in a comparable role within the automotive industry; experience with luxury brands is a bonus.
Skills:
- Critical thinking and superior communication skills.
- A passion for teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
