Sales Analytics Coordinator (m, f, d)

Tasks

  • Support in the Analysis of the Sales Market Performance
  • Creation and distribution of internal sales reports incl. ad-hoc reporting
  • Advanced analytics incl. AI based sales forecasting
  • Monitoring and verification of sales processes and key performance indicators
  • Support in project management and contribution to the performance evaluation of incentive programs
  • Preparation of presentations and ad-hoc requests as well as development and steering of individual reporting projects
  • Organization of Sales Trainings and Conferences
  • Tracking and Follow-up on Performance Meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business administration, business engineering, economics and/or similar
  • High interest in Automotive Sales, Business Performance Analysis and Databases is essential
  • Excellent organizational skills & detail-oriented/accurate working attitude
  • Professional experience in automotive with a focus on retail-/wholesale level is advantageous (Porsche background is ideal)
  • Excellent verbal/written English skills, German language skills are an advantage
  • Understanding of Sales KPIs and their usage in Performance Evaluation is beneficial
  • Very good IT knowledge of MS Office (understanding Business Intelligence tools e.g. Deltamaster, PowerBI, Tableau is beneficial)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills & intercultural awareness
  • Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision
  • Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
