Sales Operations Analyst

Major Accountabilities:

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to forecast sales targets, track progress, and adjust forecasts based on market conditions and business goals.
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and operational plans to support sales strategies.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and scalability in sales operations.
  • Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and current sales data.
  • Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Provide support to sales teams on CRM usage, data analysis tools, and reporting systems.
  • Assist in training sales personnel on new processes, tools, and systems to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on market insights to support strategic decision-making.
