Position Overview

Inside Sales Operations contributes to sales success through process optimisation, best practice sharing, and delivering main business insights for decision-making. We have the end-to-end business knowledge to link teams and build scalable solutions that fuel sales productivity and growth. You will work in a hybrid environment, reporting to the EMEA Sales Help Manager under the guidance of our Sales Insights Program Manager.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Insights Analyst - EMEA, your mission is to partner with the Inside Sales organisation and other sales teams for them to achieve sales targets for Autodesk territory customers. You'll work with Sales Leaders, providing sales insights. Your responsibilities include presenting measurements, analysing pipeline data, and making recommendations to the EMEA Inside Sales Director and sales leadership team. Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce is necessary , along with a curious mindset. Additionally, you'll collaborate with diverse teams, track account performance, and contribute to planning projects for optimising the sales team. We collaborate with our counterparts in the other GEOs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
  • Expertise in analysing, designing, and implementing reports and dashboards.
  • Analytical, quantitative, and a customer centric orientation
  • Comfort with providing data-driven guidance and recommendations
  • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English, additional European languages appreciated
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools (BI) and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce
  • Experience with Power BI (creating visualisations, designing reports, using Power Query).
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) principles
