Who are we looking for?
As Sales Desk Manager, you must have the ability to lead, mentor, train and inspire the team to achieve targeted results. You must be process oriented with a full understanding of F&I. We are interested in candidates who are polished and professional with the desire to provide an unparalleled customer experience. Prior experience with imports, preferred!
