Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning. Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing
Currently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit Quality Engineer in Prototype Dept.
YOUR CHALLENGES:
- Animates the Protoshop quality facilitating network
- Train protoshop team with quality topics
- Defect risks and prevent problems
- Responsible for releasing prototypes
- Take part in preparation for prototypes assembly
- Ensure quality required by project, ensure information flow
- Participates in solving problems using PDCA, FTA and Quality tools
- Make sure of the quality standard respect in the Protoshop (following scrap, SPC measurements, take actions in case of deviation, Red Zone management, measurement device validation and calibration etc.)

- 2 years minimum in Quality in automotive industry
- Technical knowledge
- Good English level is mandatory
