Job Details
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or at least 4 years combined education/experience in skilled trades or relevant fields (design, sheet metal stamping, process, QA, CAD, or assembly).
- Basic working knowledge of die/process/manufacturing, assembly, and/or press feasibility.
- Knowledge of core tools, control plans, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and customer specifics.
- Problem solving, data analysis, GD&T, SPL, CM4d and data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Cost, Quality, Delivery, Concerns/Conflicts
- Launch Projects: APQP, PPAP
- Establish and Maintain project open concerns matrix.
- Supplier and In-house Coordination and Follow-up.
- Research & Development/ New Technology Assistance.
- Maintain Engineering Specifications.
- Manufacturing Engineering VA/VE - Quality Concerns.
- Adherence to launch methodology processes.
- Intra-organizational contact.
