Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Prototype Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Prototype Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the development and testing of prototype vehicles, ensuring that they meet design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. In your daily job you will:

Coordinate prototypes timing and amount for internal and external customers

Establish demand plans

Components procurement and tracking for prototype builds

Supplier management for components
-
Responsible for achievement of design revision, cost and delivery targets

Responsible for the communication and coordination of engineering changes / activities within manufacturing plant and suppliers

Support manufacturing plants production dates based on components availability
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience (3 years) in prototype development, testing, or project coordination within the automotive industry.

Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, components, and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and problem-solving.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
