My client, a global leader in environmentally conscious materials processing, is seeking a Project Manager for a keystone project in West Michigan. This role involves leading suppliers and teams, and developing and implementing engineering and construction plans for a unique processing facility. This is a 50% minimum onsite role.
You'll manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring success and reporting to our Senior Director of Engineering & Production Technology. With our significant growth and expansion, career advancement potential is high.
You will establish and maintain relationships with external partners, securing necessary services and materials for current and future projects. You'll be accountable for health, safety, environmental, technical, quality, schedule, and cost goals.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage construction organizations, (EPCm)
- Expertise in interpreting technical and commercial requirements and managing project-specific business processes.
- Strong knowledge of mineral-processing industrial processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- PE License, Technical Degree.
