At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.
The site of Atsugi-Shi based in Japan belongs to POWER Division. The site has 145 employees around 3 activities. We are looking for a VIE Purchasing for 24 months.
Your challenges?
-
You will define and implement SPV technical, supply, logistics and materials productivities and reserves according to budgetary requirements, in collaboration with the segment organization.

You will support the commodity organization (segment managers) in achieving site trading objectives.

You will lead material productivity actions in front of the CSM and involve suppliers, in line with the budget schedule.

You will monitor supplier relations when assigned the role of Key Account Purchasing (KAP) for a given supplier, when not covered by the Group Commodity organization.

You will implement PG/PL's global materials standards on site(s).

You will draw up the budget for the site(s) in collaboration with the site purchasing manager and in liaison with the segment managers.

You will implement the mitigation action plan at site level.

You will strictly apply V5000 supplier integration standards (internal repository, certifications, procedures, purchasing tools, information systems).

You are graduated from a Master degree in Purchasing

You already have experience in Purchasing (ideally you already have experience at Valeo)

You have a fluent level of Englih
-
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy

Good knowledge of tools: MS Office, in particular Excel, SAP, would be a plus
