Production Group Leader (Level 6)

Job Description

This is an onsite role that works in different shifts

 

What you will do.

-  Demonstrate expertise in knowledge of required processes to perform job in an effectively manner utilizing standardized methods.

-  Motivates direct reports and/or business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, development, and recognition.

-  High level of oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to work with others.

-  Knowledge and application of Global Manufacturing System (GMS).

-  Achieves Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost key performance indicators.

-  Promote safe work practices and achieve objectives for ergonomics, health and safety

-  Maintain effective communication with employees, union representatives and management team encouraging positive workplace. Ensure
team members receive adequate JIT (job instruction training).

-  Evaluate team members performance in a daily basis.

- High degree of resilience to frustration.

Additional Job Description

-Educational background: All Engineering related or Business Management bachelor's degree.

-English proficiency

-Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.
