Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide tailored product presentations, including accompanying customers on demonstration drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers by utilizing the Salesperson Daily Work Plan for consistent follow-ups.
- Accurately gather and input customer contact and interest information into the CRM system.
- Schedule customer appointments daily and ensure all needs are met during the sales and write-up process.
- Assist customers in a non-confrontational manner during the purchase process to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Stay up to date with product information, pricing, and manufacturer promotions.
- Attend and actively participate in daily sales and training meetings.
- Continuously develop skills in customer service, product knowledge, and communication.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and showroom.
- Upon sale, deliver vehicles to customers while ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their purchase.
- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Typing proficiency for efficient and accurate data entry.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Must be willing to travel for training and have reliable transportation.
- Punctual and dependable.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday-Saturday, with one scheduled day off during the week.
The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is: $18.00 to $20.00We offer best in class industry benefits:
