The objective of this position is to implement, improve and support the Operational Processes of Manufacturing Connections (Receipt, Supermarket, Assortment Routes, Shipments and Warehouses).
Your Role
- Document procedures in the areas of Receipts, Supermarket, Assortment Routes, Shipments and Warehouses
- Implement the Operational Processes of PC&L Manufacturing Connections.
- Train Plants in Manufacturing Connections Operational Processes.
- Promote improvement projects in the area
- Support the implementation of IT tools to improve PC&L Operational Processes
- Ensure start-ups of new plants or new programs
Your Background
- Bachelor
- English 85% minimum
- At least 5 years of experience in PC&L Business Procesess
- Management of Flows, processes, systems and warehouse disciplines
- Personnel management
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership is very important since it is necessary to coordinate the different functional areas as well as the Plants.
- Extensive knowledge in SAP.
- Proactive, it is necessary to have the vision to predict the impacts and/or benefits in the processes.
- Time Organization.
- Advanced Excel.
