Network Development Manager

In order to strengthen our Network Development team, we are looking to hire a Network Development Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. 

 

In this position, you will be responsible for implementing Ferrari North America’s Dealer Development strategy in order to improve the quality, performance and profitability of the network.

 

As part of the team, the main responsibilities will be:

  • Support in managing all activities in relation to new dealer appointments, existing dealer relocations and any buy-sell transactions.

  • Comprehensive dealer network analysis to rank network in all element Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist individual dealerships, as needed, on improving overall performance and profitability.

  • Implement performance agreements for underperforming dealerships.

  • Responsible for network compliance to Ferrari Dealer Operating Standards.

  • Responsible for all dealer Corporate Identity Compliance.

  • Summarize dealer results in all areas of business for internal review, factory reporting and dealer presentations.

  • Responsible for Maintenance of Dealer Scorecard in MODIS and all internal communication and reporting related to dealer network.

  • Responsible for the execution of a mono-brand strategy in respective markets.

  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, MBA preferred, and you will have gained at least 3-5 years of dedicated experience in the luxury automobile market. Background must be well-rounded in areas of Dealer Network Development, Dealer Business Management and Analysis.

 

The following skills are required to perform the role: Excellent customer relations skills, ability to conduct detailed analysis and knowledgeable in evaluation of dealer financial statements, strong communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition you must exihibit a strong understanding of dealer ownership, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment, and must have a strong work ethic and integrity.
