About the Role
As an MET Technician at Steer Automotive, youll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to the highest standards. Operating in a fast-paced environment, your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure that every customers vehicle is returned in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.
- Dismantling vehicles for panel repairs and carrying out fault-finding and diagnostics.
- Collaborating with the Parts Team to source replacement components.
- Reassembling vehicles to pre-accident condition in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and BSI PAS 10125 standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of completed work and parts used.
About You
We are seeking an experienced MET Technician or Mechanic with a background in accident repair. Youll be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
