Our Santena plant is part of our Brain Division, the market leader in parking and driving assistance components. Valeo Smart Cockpit Italy is specialized in Switches, Human Machine Interface (HMI) control panels and displays. It offers added value in terms of service, flexibility, product know-how and in-depth knowledge of its customers to fully understand their needs and offer them optimal solutions.
For our Italian Plant in Santena we are looking for a Manufacturing Trainee.
Your Challenges:
Through integration in Valeo Production team, the trainee will have the opportunity to understand and to be involved in the following department daily activities
- Ergonomics and work stations layout analysis.
- Check work cycles (in terms of times and methods) with the aim of continuous improvement.
- Check,update and train the operators on standards and working time.
- Action plan to improve performance in coherence with productivity plans
- Production Capacity analysis
- Working hand in hand with the Process team activities related to new projects design and production ramp-up.
Implement system for:
- Data accuracy
- Machine Stops reason analysis
- Organization malfunctions analysis
- Non Quality analysis
- Product traceability
- Process traceability (coming soon)
Desidered Skills and Experience:
- You have excellent skills in analysis and planning, proactive behavior, resolution, interest in testing yourself in an international context.
- Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English and fluent Italian
- You have a Good knowledge of IT (Excel) / Google tools
- You are graduate in Engineering
