Manufacturing Engineering Technician

This position is responsible for coordinating and follow up of all the activities concerning a spending reports working with rigor and pace to execute in time the reports

Your Role

• Validation and update of approved AR funds release
• Assistance to project owners with information related to the cost of the project
• Execute on-time expense reports to track and control projects
• Work with other areas to standardize reports related to this process
• Administration of shared folders to document deliverables and keep information in regards of the spending reports.
• Keep updated information of project balance.

Your Background:

• Basic level of English
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 + years of experience in Monitoring and control of expenses
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft office tools
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize accomplish multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
