What you'll do

Responsible for managing workshop equipment and operating the organizational structure of the maintenance team based on relevant performance indicators and capability development needs of the workshop. At the same time, participate in equipment upgrades or renovations when new project are put into production, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of qualified products.

  • Develop maintenance area goals, plans, and implementation measures based on the company/workshop annual goals and plans and be responsible for tracking and managing the progress of various measures.
  • Responsible for optimizing the operation of the maintenance area organizational structure, making timely optimizations and corresponding adjustments based on production strategies and equipment operation status, and planning talent development and training plans for the maintenance area.
  • Responsible for workshop cost management, with a focus on equipment and spare parts management, ensuring the normal and effective operation of the equipment management system, conducting process monitoring, and conducting necessary analysis and developing effective measures to control any anomalies.
  • Able to establish external/internal maintenance systems with relevant business departments (central maintenance, procurement, etc.), coordinate/evaluate equipment suppliers and internal departmental resources, and ensure that the requirements for equipment/spare parts/machining maintenance in the final assembly workshop are met.
  • Responsible for coordinating with ME for equipment planning and layout of new projects, completing the production and equipment handover of new projects.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, or automation related fields.
  • At least 10 years of maintenance experience, and at least 5 years of equipment maintenance management experience (with experience in vehicle factory. maintenance management is preferred).
  • Familiar with the production process, production process, and equipment types in the final assembly workshop and battery workshop.
  • Have experience in workshop maintenance teams and equipment management in vehicle factories.
  • Familiar with maintenance related systems/digital systems.
  • Possess the ability to develop and plan technical personnel.
  • Good computer and software operation skills.
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
