Are you a seasoned maintenance mechanic? If you are, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our company is looking for a Permanent Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and help us maintain our plant equipment and machinery. This role requires a dynamic individual with a broad skill set, including knowledge of TPM and SAP, and the ability to apply Continuous Improvement tools. It's a challenging position that will put all your skills to the test, but it's also a rewarding one that offers the chance to be part of a pioneering team in the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Maintenance Mechanic, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems by carrying out regular maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
2. Utilizing your knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, drives, machining of parts, hand tool usage, welding and electrical systems.
3. Operating heavy machinery, including forklifts, scaffolds, manlifts, and ladders.
4. Reading and understanding manuals, schematics, and drawings to carry out your duties effectively.
5. Working as part of a team to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standard.
6. Applying your problem-solving skills to identify and rectify any issues that arise.
7. Using your knowledge of TPM and SAP to maintain and improve our systems.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A High School Diploma or GED.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of TPM and SAP.
4. The ability to learn and apply Continuous Improvement tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, drives, machining of parts, hand tool usage, welding and electrical systems.
7. Experience operating forklifts, scaffolds, manlifts, and ladders.
8. The ability to read and understand manuals, schematics, and drawings.
9. The ability to work well in a team.
