What You Will Do

You will coordinate and manage the plant SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) monthly process, and the plant MPS (Master Production Scheduling) weekly process

You will lead the plant monthly SIOP meeting and the weekly MPS meeting

You will manage, define, and review the master production schedules for all end items to reach plant objectives (delivery performance and inventory level required)

You will lead MPS and SIOP process at plant level by consolidating data from different departments and identifying internal and external bottlenecks

You will constantly work to improve the SIOP and MPS processes

You will ensure MPS is realistic and consistent with customers’ orders, and the plant objectives and capacities

You will ensure the feasibility of plant MPS regarding actual and external capacities
-
You will ensure the plant resource plan is consistent with the SIOP and modify production units MPS if necessary

You will measure the daily production achievement vs the MPS for each product family and the demand plan accuracy

You will manage and propose resource allocations regarding customer demands

You will manage bottlenecks issues by coordinating actions with customers and critical resources (suppliers, production)

What You Should Have
-
You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but an Associate degree and/or experience in lieu of education will be considered

You have 2+ years of supply chain / logistics experience at a manufacturing facility
-
You preferably have experience using SAP in a supply chain / logistics capacity
