What You Will Do

  • You will coordinate and manage the plant SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) monthly process, and the plant MPS (Master Production Scheduling) weekly process

    • You will lead the plant monthly SIOP meeting and the weekly MPS meeting

    • You will manage, define, and review the master production schedules for all end items to reach plant objectives (delivery performance and inventory level required)

    • You will lead MPS and SIOP process at plant level by consolidating data from different departments and identifying internal and external bottlenecks

    • You will constantly work to improve the SIOP and MPS processes

  • You will ensure MPS is realistic and consistent with customers’ orders, and the plant objectives and capacities

    • You will ensure the feasibility of plant MPS regarding actual and external capacities

    • You will ensure the plant resource plan is consistent with the SIOP and modify production units MPS if necessary

    • You will measure the daily production achievement vs the MPS for each product family and the demand plan accuracy

  • You will manage and propose resource allocations regarding customer demands

    • You will manage bottlenecks issues by coordinating actions with customers and critical resources (suppliers, production)​

What You Should Have

  • You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but an Associate degree and/or experience in lieu of education will be considered

  • You have 2+ years of supply chain / logistics experience at a manufacturing facility 

  • You preferably have experience using SAP in a supply chain / logistics capacity
