  • Highlight the main responsibilities
  • Manage Quality physical Indicators, and support each production site in case of critical issues occur.
  • Develop and coordinate the site Quality improvement plan following guidelines from Product Line, Regional Operation / Product Line, Product Group, Division & Group, and promote the Quality Culture.
  • Represent the customer within Valeo on Quality concerns (Communication / Escalation).

QRQC(Quick Response/Quality Control):

  • Ensure QRQC is well implemented on issue management.
  • Manage the quick responses for critical incidents (0km & warranty) internally and with Customer, and support the team analysing the incidents.
  • Contribute to, or, in the absence of R&D in the site, lead warranty treatment activity (Detection, Communication, negotiation, warranty invoice approval…..).
  • Manage sorting companies (Work instructions, training, reporting, invoice validation…)

5 Axes (Valeo internal operation verification system):

  • Actively support the Regional Operation Quality Director in the implementation of the 5 Axes & lead the Total Quality improvement plan

Team:

  • Manage Quality network in Japan/Asean Regional Operation

System:

  • Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit).
  • Participate in, and perform, on job training at each production site, Reverse-FMEA etc.

Projects & 4M change management:

  • Support the analysis, provide production data to enable effective decision-making and propose solutions.
  • Perform Weekly One on One Meetings with the Quality team members or Managers.
  • Enforce Quality and customer requirements in the Technical Committee or and / or Site Change Committee.
  • For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M change procedure.
