【職務内容】
◎Information Technology Center（ITC）と呼ばれるITソリューションを提供する日本のチームと連携し、IT Supportは所属しているビジネスグループ各拠点のIT機器を管理する。
・ビジネスグループ内のビジネスを理解し、各拠点のITトピックに関する窓口業務をおこなう。
・IT機器の導入、交換、保守はITCエンジニアが担当。
必要に応じてITC、ベンダー、ビジネスユーザーとの調整を行い、ITCエンジニアをサポート。
・ビジネスグループ内の情報システム部での日常業務やプロジェクトのサポート。
・グループ標準デバイスおよび地域固有デバイスの配備、交換、メンテナンスをサポート。
・ITに対するビジネス要件を纏め、ITCと共有。導入するソリューションを定義し、プロジェクトをサポート。
・ITサポートは、ITCとビジネスグループ間の調整を行い、実際の展開を行う。
・インフラやインシデントをユーザーからヒアリングや調査によって管理。
・ITCやグローバル・サポート・チームにエスカレーションする
・ハードウエアに物理的にアクセスできるオンサイトサポートとして活動。
・PC、スマートフォン、プリンター、ネットワークスイッチ、Wi-FiアクセスポイントなどのIT資産を管理。
・IT機器の見積もり、発注から廃棄までの調達プロセスの管理。
・各拠点におけるIT機器の物理的な位置や状態を管理。
・グループ標準品質管理ツールでバージョン、エラー、ライセンスなどをチェック。
IT機器の状態を監視し、必要に応じて各チームに対応を要請する。
・年に一度、ITの災害復旧計画（DRP）テストを調整。
・ビジネスグループ内の情報システム部の実務をサポートする。
【求める人材】
■必須（MUST）
・事業会社にて5年以上のITサポート実務経験
・Communicationについては、日本語と英語のにおける、口頭と書面でのコミュニケーション能力
■歓迎（WANT）
・自動車業界、製造業での経験
