Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Instrumentation Project Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of instrumentation systems for our aerospace manufacturing projects. You will be working in a fast-paced, highly technical environment where innovation, precision, and problem-solving skills are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of instrumentation systems for aerospace manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify the most effective instrumentation solutions.
- Ensure that all instrumentation systems meet safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with instrumentation systems.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge.
- Utilize Epicor software for project management and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Epicor software.
- Experience with aerothermal rakes is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, including design, development, and implementation.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative and creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
