Purpose of the RoleBe the lead for and drive the sales process for all inbound leads. This role helps plan and execute all inside sales and is the point person for all product information, booking terms and processes. Led the other members of the inside sales team to help ensure we hit desired KPIâs and targets.Our UK office is a warm and fun environment, where you will be surrounded by colleagues who are enthusiastic and passionate about the work they do.

Principal Accountabilities:⢠Execute the inbound sales plan ensuring all agreed target metrics are met⢠Execute any outbound campaigns (ie re-contact, lapsed bookings, abandoned baskets etc)⢠Assist in the development and implementation of the internal sales SOPâs and tactics to ensure consistency of performance and a high level of customer satisfaction ⢠Ensure product bookings are accurately captured in associated systems⢠Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting on all sales metrics and performance ⢠Provide sales insight as required for new product development⢠Collaborate with other team to help shape campaigns ⢠Act as part of the Inside sales team includingo Answering inbound sales inquireso Converting leadso Assist with customer service enquires as required⢠Ensure customer has received all travel related documents and confirmations and assist with fulfilment/distribution of these documents as required⢠Attend headline events and assist with setup, breakdown and operation⢠As required be on-site to ensure the clientâs satisfaction with the product and provide complaint resolution
