Inbound Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Ken Garff Listening Center

The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives!

Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays—closed Sunday. Mountain Time

Shifts preferred:

  • 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time
  • 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Mountain time
  • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time

    Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
    • Determine customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
    • Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
    • Document and update customer records.
    • Establish and maintain great customer relationships.
    • Be a team player and uphold the Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
    • All calls are recorded and monitored for quality services

    The Location

    This position is US-Remote. Ken Garff Listening Center can employ in states where Ken Garff Automotive, LLC is registered.  Currently, we are only accepting applications for remote work in the following states: Utah, Nevada, Iowa, Texas, Wyoming, and Arizona. This list is continuously evolving and being updated, please check back with us at a future date if the state you live in is not listed.

    Network Requirements:

    • Hardwired Internet (Ethernet cable connection)
    • 50 Mbps download speed minimum
    • 20 Mbps upload speed minimum
    • 40 ms latency maximum

    Equipment Requirements:

    • Must provide your own equipment
    • Windows PC desktop or laptop with Intel i5 processor – 2430M at 2.40GHz or processor equivalent or better, 8GB of RAM available, and working webcam
    • Anti-Virus protection software. Windows Defender is acceptable so long as you keep it updated.
    • USB wired Headset with microphone.
    • Dual computer monitors
    • Smart Phone (Any Manufacturer)
    • Apple computers not compatible/accepted

    Qualifications:

    • Must meet network and equipment requirements
    • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service oriented.
    • Proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)
    • Previous customer service or call center experience a plus.
    • Must have a designated work space that is free of distraction with little to no background noise.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!
