Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trust Operational Program Manager to join our Trust Organization. This role is pivotal in establishing operational norms within the Trust Organization by creating and implementing unified processes, working closely with leadership to drive change management, and will acting as the eyes and ears for the organization, connecting the dots across various strategies.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement unified processes to ensure operational efficiency and consistency within the Trust Organization

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive change management initiatives.

  • Serve as a liaison between the Trust Organization and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of strategies and goals

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and procedures

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to promote collaboration and drive strategic initiatives

  • Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance and support on operational matters

  • Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability within the organization

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing operational processes and driving change management initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in a trust or compliance-related role is preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
