Tasks
- Partner with business departments to design and implement plans to attain department objectives that align with the company strategy
- Business departments' financial performance analysis, and deep dive into the business operations to provide comprehensive financial supports to business team leaders
- Identify the risk on the business operations, driving to optimize the business process, and enhancing the internal control efficiency
- Support digitalization & standardization within the finance and operation department
- Business Modelling, business case simulations, pricing model preparation
- Lead expense optimization project to drive organizational efficiency
- Provide professional supporting in Finance and operation department
- Other tasks assigned by Director of Finance and Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and/or Accounting orientated study
- 8 years plus working experience, including solid basis and experience in Accounting & Internal Control
- Strong Convincing communication skills
- Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data
- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure
- Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP, SAP preferred, PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in Chia, basic tax knowledge
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written
