Tasks
- Analyze and confirm the modeling requirements and inputs with component supplier and testers
- Develop control functions modelling to support the testing
- Develop physical vehicle modelling to support the testing
- Compile and integrate models into HiL environment
- Validate models in HiL and troubleshooting depends on control and diagnostic logic
Qualifications
- Solid experience with control functions modelling/physical vehicle modelling for use in HiL testing of automotive ECUs in vehicle, motion, energy and body domains
- Solid experience with Matlab Simulink (relevant tool box) or other simulation environment
- Solid experience with HiL toolchain like dSPACE ASM, Controldesk, Configurationdesk and Vector VT system
- Solid understanding of bus systems like CAN, FlexRay, Ethernat and communication protocols for vehicle ECU communication
- Background with calibration, measurement, flashing and trouble codes for of ECU’s and Solid experience with trouble shooting, problem analysis
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in vehicle engineering or electric/electronic engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive companies (OEM or 1st tier)
- Deep knowledge of Matlab Simulink and Good programming skills in MATLAB, Python and C
- Good communication skills in multidisciplinary teams and solution-oriented thinking
- Deep knowledge of automotive and ECU’s control function
