WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be joining the issue prevention team within the Company Quality & Customer Satisfaction function. You’ll be taking on a pivotal role in increasing the standard of reliability engineering throughout the enterprise, focusing on FMEA ((Failure mode and effects analysis) & DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode) processes.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Provide input into the DFMEA and design review based on failure modes (DRBFM) processes
- Facilitate DRBFM Pre-works with respective process or product engineers
- Organising, supporting and minuting cross-functional DFMEA workshops when required to support Product Engineering
- Driving risk reduction in Engineering via deep dives on targeted commodities and failure modes
- Supporting the continuous improvement of technical risk management processes and tools
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A theoretical and practical understanding of technical risk management (FMEA, DRBFM)
- Working knowledge of product / process NPI (Product/process development)
- Experience of supporting, facilitating projects
- Good interpersonal / communication skills, incl. presentation, analytical and written skills.
- Understanding of issue management processes and experience in problem solving
