Work Arrangement

  • This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis.

What You’ll Do

Develop PDI Process in Delivery Center: Establish the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process within the delivery center based on delivery strategy and plans.

Warehouse Management Process: Develop a warehouse management process for the delivery center based on the delivery plan and establish a vehicle alert mechanism within the delivery center.

Work Plans and Goals for Delivery Guarantee Team: Responsible for setting work plans and objectives for the delivery guarantee team, and tracking work progress and key indicators to ensure the achievement of delivery goals.

Coordinate with Logistics Team: Ensure timely vehicle delivery to stores and improve vehicle turnover efficiency by coordinating with the logistics team.

Collaborate with Quality and After-sales Teams: Establish PDI standards and effectively manage vehicles with quality issues, ensuring vehicles meet delivery standards.

Coordinate with Tax Team: Develop vehicle invoicing and material management processes by coordinating with the tax team.

Coordinate with Dealer Partners: ensure the implementation of the guarantee process and ensure smooth delivery of business
