Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Occasional Saturday if needed at the end of the month
The Dealership Accounting Coordinator (“DAC”) I is an individual contributor who supports in-store accounting operations leadership and is a key contributor to ensure effective communication and collaboration between Lithia Home Office (“LHO”), the regional Accounting Processing Center (“APC”) and store operations.
Responsibilities (NOTE: In some instances, depending on assigned work function, job duties may emphasize certain elements more than others.)
- Handling Dailey Deposits ( credit cards , Safe cash, Checks)
- Bank reconciliation
- Warranty registration
- Schedule cleanings
- VDT title registration
- Handle Dealer plate audits
- Cleaning deals for posting
- Submitting wholesale deals for posting
- Submit invoices to AP
- RDR vehicles
- Office Supply ordering
- Preparing FedEx shipments
