Tasks

What you will do:

  • You are involved in the identification of requirements from customers’ needs/expectations
  • You are involved in dataset and database preparation/ implementation
  • You are responsible for prototyping of Machine Learning and AI Models
  • You are responsible for design/implementation of Big Data and Analytics Digital Solutions (backend and frontend)
  • You deal with SW design, coding, testing, debugging and error documentation
  • You are involved in communication and alignment with counterparts, collaborators, and suppliers
  • You work in CI/CD, Agile Work Environment, Project Tasks Tracking

 

 

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technologies/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
  • You have good knowledge of Data Driven Software principles and structures as well as Timeseries, ML/AI Techniques/Algorithms
  • You have good knowledge of Cloud Environments and related IoT modules/services (Azure, AWS)
  • You have good knowledge of Digital Telemetry and IoT Protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, etc.)
  • You have good knowledge of Python, Java, ETL and Big Data platforms/frameworks, Grafana, PowerBI
  • You have good knowledge of Container technologies, Docker, Kubernetes
  • You have experience with C, C++, Java, Python, R, Jira, Confluence
  • You speak English very well, and German language is considered a plus
  • You have a strong attitude for team play and international working environments

Nardò Technical Center in Puglia—since 2012 operated by Porsche Engineering Group GmbH—develops and tests connected and intelligent vehicles of the future. Founded in 1975, it now operates more than 20 test tracks and test facilities on more than 700 hectares and employs more than 180 people. Nardò Technical Center offers state-of-the-art engineering services for testing the vehicles of more than 90 automotive companies worldwide. Nardò Technical Center's high-speed ring in Salento is unique in the world with a length of 12.6 kilometers, allowing vehicles to be tested under extreme conditions. Throughout its history, Nardò Technical Center has hosted tests of considerable importance, in several cases setting records of international significance.
