Job Description

Work arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid in Colombia.

The Role

In this role you are an individual contributor with subject matter expertise. You are responsibilities for aspects of transformation and / or operations at the business unit level. You work to deliver pre-defined strategic objectives; collaborating and interacting with other GM People Services teams, customers and internal partners.

Key Responsabilities

  • Serve as an expert in compensation and benefits administration and management of benefits providers in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Uruguay.

  • Collaborate with our GM groups and employees by addressing analytical needs and providing solutions geared toward business needs and process optimization.

  • You will execute Compensation and Benefits activities for Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Uruguay in accordance with global and local policies.

Additional Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Professional in Business Administration / Commercial Engineering / Industrial Engineering or similar.

  • More than 3 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, Financial Knowledge and Project Management.

  • Advanced English.

  • Advanced Office Package.

  • Analytical and financial skills

  • Availability to work in our offices under the 3x2 hybrid model in Bogotá, Colombia.
