Your Role

Join us as a Business Planning Technician and become an integral part of our global, diverse, and collaborative team. You'll play a crucial role in contributing to the development of highly sophisticated compute and sensing products aimed at driving a safer, greener, and more connected future of mobility. In this role you will be responsible of the development and management of tooling production systems and manufacturing sites across EMEA and ensuring efficient production and reliable supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and you will have the autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead business planning in Both Business units.
  • Clearly understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with costumer / EDS EMEA plants.
  • Manage and analyze long term forecast for demand management and capacity analysis.
  • Manage and coordinate customer demand variations with customers (waterfall), sales and Materials.
  • Review long-term forecast to analyze capacity accordingly.
  • Create weekly/monthly production schedule based on customer forecast.
  • Co-work with ATBU team on new project production follow up and ramp up plan.
  • Develop strategies to achieve +SPQDIP targets.
  • Lead cross functional teams in preparing quotations for ATBU new business.
  • Ensure quotations meet financial metrics; Actively lead teams in ensuring quotes are accurate and meet customer timing.
  • Responsible for forecasting Sales & material costs.

Your Background

  • Bachelor degree on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Freshly graduated or with 1 year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Adaptation and teamwork skills.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced level in English
