Tasks
1. Planning and Budget Management:
- Ensure budget adherence and efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives for the region.
- Monitor the marketing budget for each market and evaluate communication target achievement.
- Provide regular reports and analyses to stakeholders.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of online platforms, including importer and dealer websites.
- Optimize digital campaigns and initiatives across the region to drive traffic and increase engagement. Support markets to optimize their online performance.
- Lead storytelling and social media content creation to strengthen the brand identity. Steer in coordination with all markets the development of Social Media channels in the region.
3. Brand Management
- Ensure strict adherence to Porsche’s corporate guidelines and communication rules.
- Act as a brand custodian to maintain consistency across all markets.
- Coordinate and manage global and local partner- and sponsorships in the region Central and Eastern Europe.
- Identification and communication steering of strategic target groups.
- Support the implementation of global marketing and brand strategy, brand mission statement and purpose for local markets by defining a regional strategy and work packages.
4. Agency Coordination:
- Steering of creative and media agencies to execute campaigns and projects.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards in line with brand objectives.
5. Retail Marketing:
- Develop and execute retail marketing strategies, including: Showroom enhancements and emotionalization.
- Support and coordinate the development of new retails formats (pop-ups).
- In coordination with the event team, support the markets to plan and execute the opening of new retail facilities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement retail-focused initiatives.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of two individuals, including an intern.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews to support team development.
- Ensure a cross functional approach within the Marketing Department.
Qualifications
Qualifications and professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand communication, preferably in the automotive or luxury sector.
- Proven expertise in budget planning, monitoring, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including campaign management and platform development.
- Experience in social media content creation and storytelling.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in budgeting tools and digital analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with website management systems and social media platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across markets and teams.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Additional Skills:
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (German, Russian, Turkish….)
- Understanding of European markets and international cultural nuances.
