The Bodyshop Controller is responsible for the efficient operation of the body shop, managing all administrative aspects of the department, including workflow, Process, scheduling, parts ordering, and maintaining financial controls. The Controller will ensure that the body shop operates in compliance with company policies and industry standards, delivering high volume and Quality of work. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays working 8am- 4pm.

Skills & Experience
- Previous Bodyshop and workshop experience (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills to plan and prioritise work ensuring that jobs are completed in a timely manner to given Hippo standards
- Employee motivation ensuring efficiencies are met and training requirements are identified
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Problem solving
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Good decision-making skills
- Previous management experience
