BDC Administrator
We are in search of a highly organized BDC Administrator to become an integral part of our team. The Service Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments and overseeing customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers
- Communicate with customers regarding their service needs and provide updates on the status of their vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the service department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Typing - ability to type efficiently.
- Strong phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
