Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing is seeking a AvionX Program Integration Lead to join our team in the greater St. Louis area, in Hazelwood or Berkeley, MO, or Huntsville, AL.

This position will work directly with the AvionX Business Operations Leader to ensure all required templates and reporting is aligned for all business reviews such as: Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), Product Line Review (PLR), and any other required program management reviews.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops or supports product team leader with the Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule and supporting elements, drives program planning through the Enterprise Gated Process in support of the Program execution plan.

  • Is the assigned Cost Account Manager or assists Product Line CAMs for a program and monitors/tracks performance on plan versus actuals for earned value reporting

  • Identifies, analyzes, and reports schedule performance variances with detailed data to include performance to plan and estimate at complete reporting updates.

  • Prepares, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains, integrated plans and schedules for Product development programs. 

  • Creates, tracks, and provides status on program execution and performs detailed risk analysis

  • Performs risk and opportunity analyses, in partnership with Finance, and provides potential solutions to management

  • Maintains risk and opportunity profile and works mitigation plans to manage risk for the assigned program

  • Performs analysis and planning efforts, for the program to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives

  • Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports/status as needed

  • Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners

  • Performs schedule, event and change impact analysis

  • Reviews all financial performance data and updates plans, produces reports/status for required reviews, provides detailed data to analyze any performance deviations

  • Works with program management team to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate

  • Works with functional leaders in engineering, Finance, T&E, supply chain, IT&DA and production to address product line needs and resolve critical items to support product development and deliveries

  • Maintains disciplined revision control of all program baselines

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite 5 days per week at one of the listed locations.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • 7+ years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of direct project management experience in technical product development environments

  • Experience with FAA (commercial) or defense airworthiness certification requirements

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
