Long Beach Honda, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a DealerSocket Coordinator that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.  

Looking for: 

  • Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic 

  • Friendly and cooperative with an ability to quickly connect with customers 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; deals creatively, logically and empathetically with customers and coworkers  

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred 

  • 2 years Automotive BDC experience

  • Must be able to provide references upon request

What you’ll do as a DealerSocket Coordinator:

  • Assure the inbound/outbound phone process, and the GOB processes are managed. All contacted leads have a future task setup.

  • Monitor and inspect the 30-Day Email / Call follow up process on all Unqualified Customers

  • Monitor and inspect that all internet leads are responded to in 10 minutes or less.

  • Monitor and inspect Hold team accountable to communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, e-mail, or text.

  • Assist management with daily individual personnel performance reports on sales percentage of appointments shown.

  • Assure that the team is communicating current factory or dealership promotions and advertising.

  • Communicate with the General Manager and Sales managers of your assigned store regularly to review performance and address areas in need of focus.

  • Work collectively with your assigned store staff to attain a minimum of 12% closing ratio on Internet Leads received monthly.

  • Assure that internet lead handlers are completing their daily lead tasks 100% of the time to avoid lead reassignment.​
