- Manage die system:
- Lead die team to achieve team goal;
- Set up clear, organized and standard document system for die management;
- Manage die release, maintenance reports;
- Conduct maintenance data statistics & analysis for continuous improvement;
- Solve the production problem related with die and die parameter;
- Making plan for die spare part
- Monitor & Control die spare part’s consumption. Analyze die failure mode and find way to reduce die spare part’s consumption;
- Manage die application, support the terminal application in our products;
- Manage die database, update the database timely;
- Training skills to die technician for release and maintenance;
- Contact die supplier about die issues;
- Support other maintenance if need;
- Other management:
- Develop the qualify backup of your position
- Setup and maintain the emotive system for the whole team
